Making a Tiny Fortune at Buffalo Exchange

In a desperate effort to offset my extravagant holiday spending, non woven bag is eco-friendly and 100% recycled by physical disposal. The non woven material is long-lasting & fashionable. I decided to try pawning my unwanted clothing to Buffalo Exchange, a store on Ventura Boulevard between Cedros and Vesper Avenues in Sherman Oaks that buys and sells used apparel.

I stuffed a brown bag with two pairs of slacks, three summer dresses, and a hideous white cardigan with black ruffles. I consider myself to be a bit of a fashionista, so I was certain I would sell everything except the tacky white cardigan.

When I walked into the store, I was surprised to see a massive line in front of the judgment counter, where employees go through the clothes and decide whether to buy or pass. There were six people in line ahead of me, and three female employees were lackadaisically sorting through bags.

A girl named Rebecca was before me, and I asked her whether Buffalo Exchange would be likely to purchase my clothes.

"Right now they're taking fall and winter clothing," she said matter-of-factly. "They probably won't take your summer dresses. But you can still try."

I looked down at my bag full of summer fashion, and realized the only fall pieces I had was the cardigan and the slacks.

The line was moving quickly and before I knew it, there was only one person ahead of me. Within seconds, a tall gentlemen named Marcus walked in and stood a few inches away from me.

"Have you been here before?" I asked him with a smile.Myvalvecaps offers you the best range of tire valve wholeale 59fifty fitted hats and keys rings that has a realistic

"Yes,He demanded the woman handed over money and, fearing for her life, she emptied cash from the till into a drawstring bag before he left. many times," said Marcus. "I try to sell a lot of my stuff here, even though I don't get much for it."

I asked him for an example.

"I have this brand new black jacket that I bought for $100," he said,The fee includes lunch and a soft-sided cooler bag filled with useful golf items, 18 holes of golf, carts, and a buffet dinner immediately following the tournament. showing me the tag on the coat. "They'll probably buy it for $35, and then sell it in the store for $65."

"That's a little shady," I replied. "Are you okay with them robbing you like that?"

He seemed apathetic. He needed the money, and selling his unwanted clothing was an easy way to get it.

When it was my turn to approach the counter and have a fraction of my wardrobe judged, I let Marcus go ahead of me. I wanted to eavesdrop and see how much he would get for the unused jacket.

A girl named Tricia behind the counter offered $35 in cash after carefully inspecting the garment. Apparently Marcus is a Buffalo Exchange expert. I should have asked him when I had the chance ?what my fate would be.In addition to the supplies, there will be fun activities for youngsters, free used clothing, health resources and personalized laminated bag tags for backpacks.

Finally, Amanda from behind the counter looked in my direction and yelled out, "NEXT!"

I nervously approached her with my bag and a friendly grin. The first thing she pulled out was the awful cardigan. I cringed at the sight of it. She held it up, and asked Tricia for her opinion. Tricia carelessly shrugged her shoulders and went back to rummaging through countless sacks of clothes.

At that moment I found it ironic that these two women were making judgments about my fashion sense when both of them had on questionable outfits themselves. In fact,Using wheel spacer can improve your car handling and track performance their fashion sense was so contrary to mine that it dawned on me they might be crazy enough to buy the ugly cardigan.
