Vandals disturb 25 graves at historic cemetery in city

The same cemetery where a grave was opened and a head removed from a casket has been vandalized again, according to police. 

A Spartanburg Public Safety Department incident report states that a mortuary employee told police on Saturday that he was checking the grounds at Oakwood Cemetery and found that about 25 gravestones had been overturned.
